Diets,yes or no?

ENG : Good afternoon!I haven't written a blogg couple of days 'cause I had some dutys,but here I am again.
Today's theme is,as the title says,about diets.
I had couple of kilos more,so I thought about diets.I managed to lose weight without them.You must be wondering how,so let's start..


CRO : Dobar dan!Nisam pisala blog nekoliko dana jer sam imala obaveza,ali sad sam opet tu.
Današnja tema su dijete.
Imala sam par kilograma viška,pa sam počela razmišljati o dijetama.I uspijela sam izgubiti tih nekoliko kilograma bez njih.Sigurno se pitate kako,pa krenimo..


Meals / Obroci

 

ENG : I eat three increase meals in a day,or five smaller.I don't eat a lot of meat,but I eat a lot of pasta,fruit,and vegetables too.
 

CRO : Jedem tri veća obroka u danu,ili pet manjih.Ne jedem puno mesa,ali jedem tjestenine,voća i povrća.


Fruits and vegetables / Voće i povrće


ENG : These two groups are the most important.If you decide for five smaller meals,it's the best to eat fruit for brunch and vegetables is more like favor for lunch and dinner.They have a lot of vitamins and you need to eat them everyday.

CRO : Ove dvije grupe su najvažnije.Ako se odlučite za pet manjih obroka,najbolje je jesti voće između doručka i ručka a povrće se preporučuje za vrijeme između ručka i večere.Imaju puno vitamina i sve što trebate je jesti ih svaki dan.



 

Water / Voda

ENG : I've lost the most pounds because of water.I dring 6-7 glass of water everyday.Now that I have reached the desired weight I allow myself half a glass of a juice.

CRO :
Većinu kilograma izgubila sam upravo zbog vode.Pijem 6-7 čaša vode na dan.Sad kad sam dosegnula željenu težinu,dopustim si pola čaše soka.

 

Chocolate / Čokolada



ENG : Honestly,I would grab one block of chocolate.We need chocolate.It's better to grab one block everyday than eat a whole chocolate in one day.

CRO : Iskreno,uzela bi jednu kocku čokolade.Potrebna nam je čokolada,tj. njen sastav.Bolje je uzeti jednu kocku svaki dan nego pojesti cijelu čokoladu u danu.

 

BREAD / KRUH


ENG : I love bread,so imagine how hard it was for me when I decided to go on a diet (and most of them doesn't allow bread).You can eat black bread (without or with seeds)


CRO : Volim kruh,pa zamislite kako mi je bilo teško kad sam se odlučila da idem na dijetu (a da napomenem,većina njih ne dopušta kruh).Možete jesti crni kruh (sa ili bez sjemenki).


 

ENG : Of course,you need to take an effort.I recommend walking,an hour a day.
